We have 3 very affordable packages to meet your advertising needs. Our Standard Package for only $99 includes 4 pictures of your property, marketing writeup and 10 black/white fliers with 6 month advertisement. Our Premium Package for only $249, includes a virtual tour with music background, up to 7 scenes with approx 5 pictures with each scene, marketing writeup and 6 month advertisement. Our Platinum Packages with everything in the Gold package plus, virtual tour with commentary (voice over recording for each scene), marketing writeup, printable brochures, up to 15 scenes. All packages will include a rider sign "www.sadreamhome.com" that will be attached to your Home for sale by owner sign.
